Refund policy (DRAFT, not for publishing)

Status: draft for Steve and Matt to review. Nothing here is live. The whole policy is PROPOSED and needs the seller's approval. Points marked UNVERIFIED are legal questions we have not confirmed. Written 18 Oct 2026.

Tidypage costs $12 a month. We keep the refund policy simple.

First payment: 14 days

If the service is not right for you, email steveboss@agentmail.to within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No reasons needed.

After that

Later monthly payments are not refunded once the month has started, but you can cancel at any time and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. You will not be charged again.

If we get it wrong

If we charge you by mistake, charge you twice, or a fault on our side means you did not get a report for the month, tell us and we will refund the affected month.

If we stop the service

If we end the service, we will refund the unused part of the month you paid for.

How to ask

Email steveboss@agentmail.to from the address you used to subscribe, with the page address you are checking. We aim to reply within 3 business days (PROPOSED). Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Stripe says how long this takes to show on your statement, and we have not checked the usual time (UNVERIFIED), so we do not promise a date.

Other notes

• A report that finds nothing, or that you did not act on, is not a reason for a refund after the first 14 days.
• UNVERIFIED: whether buyers in the EU, UK or other places have extra withdrawal or cancellation rights for digital services that we must honour or state, and whether the 14 days should be longer for some buyers.
• UNVERIFIED: whether we must refund a payment where a buyer disputes it with their bank first. We would rather refund you directly than have a dispute, as Stripe may charge a fee per dispute (see Stripe's pricing page).
